ReplyDeleteMichael Pollen wrote Omnivore's Dilemma, a great read on the state of America's food supply. In order to continue eating red meat, he made himself hunt and kill a wild pig. He visits feed lots, free range chicken farms, and goes mushroom hunting. Basically he proposes ideas on where we should get our food.
