Be Rewarding

Burning one gallon of gas produces roughly how many pounds of carbon dioxide?
How many barrels of oil does the United States consume per day?
What type of power is the fastest-growing energy source in the world?

If you want to know the answers to these questions and many more about environmental and human rights issues check out this website, Be Rewarding.

If you become a member (for free) you earn points every time you get a question right. You then choose which charity you want to give your points to, and that charity receives money!

Educate yourself about pressing issues in our world, give money to your favorite charity, and procrastinate all at the same time!

  1. This website is a really smart idea. Not only does it raise money for charities, but it raises awareness of people who go in the website. It helps you know more about your own environment, surroundings, and what you along with others can do to change the environment.

  2. By visiting this website i am now aware of many complications and problems with our world today. This was a really smart idea for a website for it helps raise money for charities and it educates about issues we live with today. I now realize how important it is to be green and how to do so.

  3. I agree that this is a really good idea. It shows that by doing so little, something as small as playing trivia, you can make a difference in the world. And while this trivia can help people, it also highlights problems in the world today. I think it is good that there are different categories to choose from because that will hold your attention longer and attract a variety of people interested in a range of areas.
I have actually seen a website similar to this called FreeRice which donates rice to people in need for every question answered correctly. Instead of trivia about our world, FreeRice asks about English grammar.

  4. I agree, it is a good idea. What makes it even better is how they use a form of entertainment to get the idea or point across to the public. I The game is also a really good way to get the point across and to get the public interested in sustaining the planet. Also having the variety of questions that have started affecting us and will affect us in the future.
